David was instrumental in providing advice and assistance during a particularly awkward disciplinary process, which resulted in a satisfactory conclusion. David's help over the past number of years has always been much appreciated especially on points of Employment Law which are not always clear. As a charity we do not have excessive resources to draw upon and David has always been prompt in his response and on occasion provided an alternative less complicated and less time consuming route.
