Since setting up my own business I have also provided a considerable amount of work for employees, in particular the following:

Claims against Employers

I provide advice to employees considering making claims against their employers or former employers, or who simply need advice concerning their treatment at work.

If the employee wishes to pursue a claim I can take them through the whole process including the Employment Tribunal hearing.

Compromise Agreements

I am often consulted by employees who have just been offered compensation for the loss of their job. I will provide all the advice and negotiation support required by the employee at that very difficult time.

My experience working for a major employer, and therefore my knowledge of the negotiating stances used by employers, has proved invaluable in negotiating settlements for employees.
